UpScales Fashions 43 is a boutique owned by Evelyn Suzette Scales also known as Evelyn Johnson who has been creating custom clothing since she was a young girl. We offer affordable custom-made denim and apparel targeted to fashion-conscious and trend-savvy customers seeking great quality at a great price.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    Our boutique accepts all major credit and debit cards, including but not limited to Amex, Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Additionally, our boutique accepts payment via PayPal as well for the convenience of our customers. If you do not see your preferred method of payment listed, please give us a call today.

  • What shipping methods do you use?

    All purchases from the boutique are shipped via USPS. All shipping rates are calculated by USPS and determined by the size, shape, and weight of the order.


    All boutique orders take 4 to 7 business days to be delivered to their destination. 

  • What if my item arrives damaged?

    If an item you purchased from our boutique arrives damaged, we apologize. Please contact our boutique as soon as possible so we may assist you. 

  • What if my product never arrives?

    If the appropriate amount of time has passed for an order to arrive and it still hasn't been delivered, please give our boutique a call so we may assist in finding your product.

    Here at Upscales Fashions 43 our return and refund policy extends to the first 30 days after purchase. All returned items should be unworn and in the condition that they were originally left in. 


    If you're looking to return and gain a refund, please contact us via phone or email. Please have your order number, phone number, name, and product name ready upon calling or within the email, you send through customer service.
